Teach students to differentiate between primary and secondary sources. This will provide examples and give students the chance to identify various sources historians use. Once you have this presentation in your Nearpod library, you can easily post a link for students to access it in your Google Classroom.

Option 1: Click the link above to force a copy to be made in your Drive. Once it's on your Drive, you can push this template out to all of your students in your Google Classroom.
|
Option 2: Sutori is a website that allows students to creatively design timelines (not necessarily chronological as you'll see when teaching Principles of the Constitution). Teachers, you must first create an account - sign up with Google. Create a class for each section you teach. When you open the class, you'll see a class code that you will give your students when they login. They should sign up with a student using Google too. Click here to add this timeline to your classes so you can share it with your kids. Once they have created their timeline, they can turn in a link to it in Google Classroom.
